Collection: Return&Refund Policy

 Thank you for shopping with Werchtay! At Werchtay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!  If for any reason you are not, you may return any standard stock item within 30 days of receiving the product. 

 

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returned items must be in new and resalable condition, including all original packaging, blank warranty card, manuals, and accessories.
  • Werchtay will cover return shipping costs for the following reasons:
    • Carrier damage
    • Defective product
    • Product not as advertised
    • Incorrect product received
    • Receipt of additional products you did not order
  • For all other reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Inspection:

  • Upon receiving your return, Werchtay requires 3-7 business days to inspect the item before issuing a refund or account credit.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been modified or altered in any way are not eligible for return, as this voids our warranty policy. Such products will be returned to you at your expense.

Return Process: To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Describe the Issue: Provide a detailed description of the problem with your item, including what happened, when it occurred, and how it happened. Be sure to include your full order number and the product code (SKU number).
  2. Resolution Steps: Inform us of any steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.
  3. Product Code: Provide the product code as indicated on the outer packaging.
  4. Visual Evidence: Submit clear photos or videos of the defect, taken in good lighting.

Situations Where Full Refunds Are Not Provided:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the buyer.
  • Delays in delivery due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, war).
  • Loss or theft of uninsured orders.
  • Delays caused by factors beyond Werchtay's control (e.g., public holidays, customs issues).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at werchtay@gmail.com.
