1. Warranty Coverage
Wechtay provides a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and material issues. The specific product categories and corresponding warranty periods are as follows:
- Complete Solar Systems: 5-year limited warranty
- Solar Panels: 10-year limited warranty
- Inverters, Controllers, Chargers, and Other Electronics: 2-year limited warranty
- Batteries: 3-year limited warranty
2. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty policy does not cover the following situations:
- Damage caused by improper installation, use, or maintenance
- Products that have been modified or disassembled
- Damage caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters)
- Normal wear and tear or aging of the product
3. Warranty Service
During the warranty period, if you encounter any product issues, please follow the steps below to apply for warranty service:
- Contact the Wechtay customer service team and provide proof of purchase and the product serial number.
- Describe the product issue or malfunction and submit relevant images or videos as evidence.
- We will evaluate your request and, upon confirmation, provide you with an appropriate solution, including repair, replacement, or refund.
4. Limitation of Liability
Wechtay's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product itself. Any indirect or incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.
5. Changes to the Warranty Policy
Wechtay reserves the right to modify or update the warranty policy at any time. Changes will not affect the existing warranty terms for products already purchased.
