  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping to most of the continental United States. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send another email containing tracking information and instructions on how to monitor your package.

  • Shipping to HI, AK, PR, & US Territories: Free shipping is not available for customers in Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), Puerto Rico (PR), or any US Territory. For these locations, please contact us to receive a shipping quote.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Our team works diligently to process your order within 1-3 business days. This includes preparing your items, performing a thorough quality check, and securely packing them for shipment.

Shipping Time

  • We guarantee delivery of all items purchased from Werchtay within 30 business days. Typically, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after being placed, and delivery generally occurs within 2-7 business days after shipment.
